October FItness Challenge Day 2

October Fitness Challenge Day 2: Today is my rest day. Later I am planning on jogging for about thirty minutes, but nothing hard for my body. It is important to let your muscles recuperate a few times a week. If you don't rest you are more prone to injuries.
